Creighton has spent his career in two worlds that rarely overlap. In the church, he has been a founding pastor, an executive pastor, and today serves as senior pastor at C4 Church. What drives him is discipleship, and what he calls dream releasing: helping people step into the life, purpose, and calling God has for them.

In the marketplace, he is the founder and CEO of ʻike Hawaiʻi, a family of technology and healthcare companies. That work has taught him how to build software for places where privacy and trust can’t be an afterthought.

Ediphai began where those two worlds meet. Creighton kept noticing the same problem: pastors spending their days buried in operations instead of leading, and a church at risk of being left behind as AI changed the work around it.

Most church software is built by people who have never sat through a Monday-morning staff meeting and watched a senior team try to answer one honest question about their own church and come up empty. Creighton has. He has spent his career building the kind of systems that don’t fail people when they need them most.

He built Ediphai so the people leading churches aren’t carrying more than they should, and so the church isn’t left behind in a moment that’s changing fast. It wasn’t made only for C4, but for any church that needs it. Creighton calls that raising the tide for all churches.
